Ad-hoc Services are for the problems which can be fixed within few hours. We charge for the time spent to solve the problems onsite. Any IT service as per your requirements, for example;

  • Internet Security & Protection
  • Backup Management
  • Data recovery – lost files recovery
  • Server and database Management
  • Install and setup local network devices
  • Firewall configuration including content filter (safe internet browsing)
  • Performance tuning
  • Hardware or Software Installation / Upgrade / Repair
  • Local resource sharing – Example, printers and file sharing
  • Troubleshoot computer or printers or network problems
  • Setup printers, scanners & other computer peripherals
  • Install antivirus, firewall and other software
  • Consultation on computer or peripheral requirements – Free for existing customers
  • Suppliers / Vendors – liaison, negotiation, management and purchasing of hardware or software
  • IT budget analysis and cost savings advice
  • One to One or Group Training

Remote Support

We also provide remote support by logging into your server or any end-user computers from our office for immediate & helpful problem solving and on-line help.

The time spent on different days can be accumulated to an hour or in multiples of hours for payment.

Note: For providing Remote Support, internet and network connectivity is mandatory


Weekly Visit

If you would like us to visit your office on a regular basis, we can visit your office once in a week. We will spend 5 hours in your office (on a fixed day you choose) to manage or solve any problems related to your IT infrastructure.

This service includes

  • Ad-hoc services – any IT service that is required
  • System / Windows Installation
  • Server Installation
  • Remote Support for a maximum of 3 hours per month (additional hours are chargeable separately)
